An expert assessment of 20 relevant standard and label programmes for the German market was commissioned as the basis for GLS Bank, with a recommendation of adequate labels. The detailed overview contains information on standard holders, regulatory area, general background information, objectives, hedging (independent certification/QA) and number of label users.
Parameters were defined for the evaluation of the selected standards and the results of the strengths and weaknesses were presented in the form of a matrix.
